Innova Capital Fund VI holds final close at EUR271 million

Innova Capital, a private equity firm operating in Central and Eastern Europe, has held the final close of Innova VI (Innova/6) at EUR271 million. Over 60 per cent of the committed capital came from prior fund participants, with remaining commitments provided by new investors.
