("TDA Asia"), indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of the Parent. The Company is required to comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC'), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") and the various securities exchanges in which it maintains membership.
