MyCSP administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. We have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes (both ‘Final Salary’ and ‘Career Average’) and provide tailored services to more than 250 Government and ex-Government bodies. MyCSP also offers training and consultancy services on a wide range of pensions related topics and legislative change. MyCSP is a unique brand; a mutual joint venture partnership between Employee Partners who own 25% of the company, Central Government who own 24% and our private sector partner Equiniti who own 51%.
