Shane Happach, CEO at Mollie

Consumer behavior is changing quickly, with online purchases and subscription payments witnessing continuous growth in the past few years. For many start-ups and small businesses, the subscription-billing process allows them to scale rapidly, opening up new revenue streams. It also empowers businesses of all sizes to optimise their growth potential through recurring payments rather than one-time sales, increasing customer loyalty.

"We are excited to team up with a leading payment service provider like Mollie to offer an all-in-one subscription management and billing solution to manage payments, service and support on a global scale," said Eric Chan, Head of Global Partnerships at Chargebee. "The integration empowers our merchants to accept leading European payment methods to drive sales and grow their subscription business in multiple geographies."

Chargebee's new integration with Mollie provides an advanced subscriptions solution for Mollie's customers and helps to solve EU-VAT tax and invoicing compliance automation for EU-based subscription businesses. The partnership will drive growth for Mollie's SME customers, allowing them to focus more of their resources on product development, shortening their time to market. It will also help SMEs to scale up with metrics available for how they run, invest in, and value their business as it grows.

"Right now, what both consumers and merchants value most are speed and flexibility. By partnering with Mollie, we are excited to offer customers the ability to get started almost instantly and to grow and scale across borders and product lines," added Krish Subramanian, CEO of Chargebee.

Bitstamp brings its experience and infrastructure to APAC financial institutions via white-label offering

PRnewswire | March 21, 2023

Bitstamp, the world's longest-running crypto exchange, announces today that it is expanding its white-label service to institutions in selected APAC markets. Banks, payments and fintech companies, or investment firms looking to fast-track their digital assets offerings to customers can choose from one of three plug-and-play service tiers. The offering covers a range of needs, such as order matching, liquidity for a wide range of crypto markets, regulatory-compliant AML/ (Know-your-customer), account reporting and more. Known as Bitstamp as a Service, the solution enables financial institutions to rapidly develop a retail offering without needing to build out technology or compliance infrastructure or acquire specific licenses. One of Bitstamp's first partners for this service was Revolut back in 2017. Flexible Design for Rapid Deployment Bitstamp as a Service provides clients with three tiers: Exchange, Exchange Plus, and Exchange Complete. Each tier provides a number of core building blocks with the Exchange Complete tier designed as an end-to-end solution that adds KYC/AML operations for customer onboarding and access to Bitstamp's global license network. For institutions that are prioritizing speed to market and lower fixed costs, this solution will save them the time and resources needed to build this capability in-house. Bitstamp as a Service gives clients — whether they are an early-stage fintech startup or an established banking institution — the ability to integrate this infrastructure with their existing customer apps. This enables clients to continue to grow their customer relationships and control the user experience with the fastest path to market. "Bitstamp as a Service is a complete end-to-end solution that allows clients to rapidly turn on their crypto offering. Clients trust in our ability to deliver a safe and secure solution because our success as an infrastructure provider has been tested over multiple cycles. As the market matures, we are seeing greater demand for more integration options and third-party risk management," says Leonard Hoh, APAC GM of Bitstamp. "For added flexibility Bitstamp's infrastructure stack also gives clients a choice of 15 banking partners to match their operational needs. " A Trusted Solution for Institutions in Current Market Cycle In a survey carried out by Bitstamp in 2022, over 75 per cent of retail and institutional investors worldwide believe that crypto will become mainstream in the next 10 years. Of all the institutional investors polled, 81 per cent believe digital assets should be part of a portfolio. However, one of the top barriers to entry cited by retail investors were "not sure which platform to trust or is secure''. "Recent events in the industry have placed new emphasis on good business practices and compliance credentials that necessitate a package of operational controls. There is a need for institutions to find a trusted partner to deliver a quality experience in the digital assets ecosystem to serve the next wave of mainstream adoption ," says Leonard Hoh. Bitstamp currently holds more than 50 licenses and registrations globally. It was the only crypto exchange among more than 130 CEXes (centralized exchanges) to receive an AA rating in CryptoCompare's Exchange Benchmark Report in October 2022 — a testament to Bitstamp's commitment to making crypto investing secure for all. About Bitstamp Bitstamp is the world's original and longest-running cryptocurrency exchange, supporting investors, traders and leading financial institutions since 2011. With a proven track record, cutting-edge market infrastructure and dedication to personal service with a human touch, Bitstamp's secure and reliable trading venue is trusted by over four million customers worldwide. Whether it's through its intuitive web platform and mobile app or industry-leading APIs, Bitstamp is where crypto enters finance. For more information, visit www.bitstamp.net

CQG Announces Strategic Partnership with Broadridge to Integrate OMS and EMS Technologies

PRnewswire | March 20, 2023

CQG, a leading global provider of high-performance technology solutions for market makers, traders, brokers, commercial hedgers and exchanges, today announced a strategic partnership with global Fintech leader, Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. (NYSE: BR) that will integrate the two firms' Execution Management System (EMS) and Order Management System (OMS) respectively. The combination of CQG's front-end trading technology with Broadridge's Order Management System and the NYFIX network will be a first of its kind out-of-the-box solution for institutional customers who wish to take advantage of a full front-, middle- and back-office technology suite. These types of partnerships complement Broadridge's open architecture approach of the OMS. CQG completed a FIX connection into Broadridge to allow for order flow from CQG directly into Broadridge's infrastructure to be managed and routed out to its network of exchanges and liquidity providers. Additional development underway will complete the effort to allow for seamless workflow between the two systems. Viewing and managing orders will be achievable and in-sync in either system. Customers can stage orders, apply algorithmic logic to existing orders, splice and bundle orders, manage allocations, and much more. Traditionally, clients have been tasked with piecing together a solution with a variety of technology providers and have the added effort and cost of making those tools work together. CQG CEO Ryan Moroney said: "We believe this strategic partnership will bring ease along with significant savings opportunities to our mutual customers. Rather than making a choice between an OMS and an EMS, customers will be able to deploy an enterprise solution that offers both to their internal desks and clients alike." Together, Moroney said, CQG and Broadridge look forward to enhancing the workflow of their institutional customers and providing best-in-class execution and order management. About CQG CQG provides the industry's highest performing solutions for traders, brokers, commercial hedgers and exchanges for their market-related activities globally, including trading, market data, advanced technical analysis, risk management, and account administration. The firm partners with the vast majority of futures brokerage and clearing firms and provides Direct Market Access (DMA) to more than 45 exchanges through its global network of co-located Hosted Exchange Gateways. CQG technology serves as the front end for a variety of exchanges and is increasingly employed as the over-the-counter matching engine for important new markets. CQG's server-side order management tools for spreading, market aggregation, and smart orders are unsurpassed for speed and ease of use. Its market data feed consolidates 85 sources, including exchanges worldwide for futures, options, fixed income, foreign exchange, and equities, as well as data on debt securities, industry reports, and financial indices. One of the longest-serving technology solutions providers in the industry, CQG has won numerous awards for its trading software, technical analysis and multi-asset trading platform.
